The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Education Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Defining and executing the Education Strategy for Dental Solutions business’ sales force across Latam area.
  • Implements new educational and training models to foster individual development and team collaboration.
  • Identifies areas of improvement in terms of technical skills on Dental Solutions business and soft skills, promoting entrepreneur behavior inside and outside sales leadership team.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Administration, Economics, Dentistry, or related courses

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing or Clinical Specialist.
  • English (intermediary or above) is required.
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Portuguese is desirable.
  • Experience as trainer or sales coach is desirable.
  • Educational / training methodologies formation (as Grow, CFS, etc.)
  • Skills include good communication through different organizational levels, ability of handle different projects at same time, proactivity, sales/negotiation experience.

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require to be at Bogota’s office at least 2 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 30% (Domestic and/or International)
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
