Description:

YOUR MISSION

As a Sales Support Administrator at NIRx Medical Technologies, your primary role is to bolster our sales and administrative functions, ensuring operational excellence and enhanced customer satisfaction. You will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our sales processes, providing vital support to our team and clients in the Romanian market.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient English skills with a C1 level in writing.
  • Solid understanding and experience with CRM or ERP software; familiarity with PowerBI Dynamics or Business Central will be considered a significant asset.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Solutions, especially Excel (macros and pivot tables).
  • A background in neuroscience is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • This role is a 100% remote, independent contractor position, allowing for a flexible and autonomous working environment.
  • Your contribution will be critical in supporting the sales infrastructure, facilitating seamless operations, and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes and purchase orders.
  • Conduct diligent follow-ups on orders to ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with administrative and purchasing departments.
  • Engage regularly with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are strengthened.
  • Implement loan systems for key customers, coordinating all phases from preparation to successful return.
  • Conduct research on customer affiliations and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Consistently update information into the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
