Do you want to develop software that will power Amazon’s mission to be Earth’s most customer-centric company?
We invite you to join us in Toronto for this opportunity of building products to enable our Customer Service Associates (CSA) to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. The Customer Engagement Technology (CET) team, caters to hundreds of thousands of customer service agents across geographies with a vast selection of relevant apps, and services.
As a Software Engineer on our team, you will design and develop services and full-stack solutions that will power the associate experience for the next generation CRM.
You will have ample opportunity to leverage and develop your expertise in cloud computing, distributed systems, data processing and utilize the latest LLM technology to develop solutions that breaks new ground for Amazon. This opportunity will allow you to work with members of our cross-functional teams including product/program management, UX design and engineering teams across Amazon.
Successful candidates will work across all layers of the software stack including improving complex data architecture and building out new associate-facing features. We are seeking that rare combination of solid coding background, an aptitude to apply modern technologies at scale, and a willingness to question the status quo and raise the bar on every service and feature we build. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are deeply technical, innovative and long for the opportunity to build software that makes a difference, we want to talk to you.
