Description:

AMNIS is a Fintech company with the mission to reshape international transaction banking for SME. After entering various new markets in 2022 we are now strengthening our local teams and are looking for people that are motivated, outgoing and open for the challenge to become part of a European Fintech in the scale up phase.

Tasks

  • Drive and passion for the business and ability to make the difference
  • Acquire new SME clients in our target markets out of a pool of leads
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at targeted accounts
  • Focus on inbound and outbound client-oriented activities
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate our value propositions to key decision-makers
  • Highly proactive in both researching and finding opportunities in the FX and payments industry
  • Aware of industry trends and maintains extensive knowledge of competitor’s offerings
  • Generate revenue through recurring deals and additional services
  • Strong collaboration with our sales, operations and marketing team

Requirements

  • Strong interest in financial markets, currencies and payments
  • A passion for solution-oriented selling
  • Experienced in Business and Account Development ideally within the SME FX/payment sector would be beneficial
  • Ability to network
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
  • Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • High flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
  • High proficiency in Czech and English
  • High affinity for tech and IT
  • Open-minded and willing to make a difference
  • Team player mentality
