PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

RPS has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Water Consulting business. This is a senior-level position and will deliver and build upon our existing frameworks and relationships with utility companies across Scotland.
Your responsibilities will primarily focus on the direct line management of our delivery teams across our Trunks Mains Conditioning (TMC) business stream, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, training is kept up to date and investigation are carried out to a high standard. As well as overseeing the day-to-day operations, the Senior Delivery Manager will support, develop, and manage the strategic growth of the business stream.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the delivery of all aspects of conditioning the trunks mains network for our clients.
• Lead the delivery of our TMC growth plan.
• Support the Operations Manager in the strategies developed around discoloration management reports.
• Lead the health, safety, and well-being of our field-based teams.
• Safety, ethics, integrity, and the environment – always embraces and upholds RPS’s high professional standards, and advocacy - an ambassador for our wider business at all times.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to our external and internal customers.
