As creators, we are dedicated to developing the essential tools, application frameworks, and services that enable the organization to construct and deploy cutting-edge, data-centric applications globally. Our collaboration with market-facing engineering teams is crucial, as it allows us to tailor our technology platform to their specific needs and those of their clients, while also fostering its continuous evolution.
In the role of Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer within the SessionM Technology Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the technological capabilities of our developers and IT professionals. Your expertise will not only enhance the Session M Platform and its associated systems but also drive innovation and efficiency across the board.
This position is designed for a visionary who is enthusiastic about enabling developers to create exceptional products and is eager to take on challenges at a higher level of responsibility and impact.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance collaboration and drive technological advancements across teams.
Design and implement sophisticated administration strategies for core systems including Active Directory, Okta, Slack, and Atlassian, among others.
Spearhead the development and maintenance of advanced deployment automation tools within our AWS workspace developer environment.
Innovate and automate processes to optimize user onboarding and daily operational experiences, setting new standards for efficiency and user satisfaction.
Act as a senior technical advisor, offering elevated support and guidance to users, complemented by comprehensive training and enriched documentation.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership in navigating complex system environments and a proven track record of technical innovation.
Advanced expertise in Linux, Windows, and macOS support, with a strong emphasis on end-user satisfaction.
Extensive experience with deployment automation tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Ansible) and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in managing systems such as Okta, Slack, Active Directory, Atlassian tools, and DUO.
A strong customer service ethos paired with a strategic mindset to anticipate and fulfill the evolving needs of the organization.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the big picture and drive solutions that enhance overall system performance and user experience.
