Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regulatory Specialist with expertise in FATCA and CRS to join our dynamic team. As a leading firm in Luxembourg’s financial services sector, we are dedicated to providing exceptional regulatory compliance services to our clients.
Position Overview: The Senior Regulatory Specialist will play a key role in ensuring compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CAMS, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a focus on FATCA and CRS.
- In-depth knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulations and their implications for financial institutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage FATCA and CRS compliance initiatives for the clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in FATCA and CRS regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates.
- Conduct thorough reviews of client processes and procedures to identify and address compliance gaps.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on FATCA and CRS compliance matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance compliance processes and procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on FATCA and CRS regulations, providing training and support to colleagues as needed.
