KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Have previous experience in a senior finance capacity, ideally in a business partnering role within a large and complex organization.
- Preferably hold a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- Possess strong technical accounting and reporting skills.
- Excel in interpersonal communication, bridging gaps across stakeholder levels.
Responsibilities:

As a senior finance business partner, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the overall objectives of the business. Here’s how:

- Boardroom Representation: As a Finance representative in board meetings, you’ll contribute to strategic discussions and decisions.
- Change Catalyst: You’ll work closely with the leadership team, implementing change and ensuring progress on critical actions.
- Market Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring current market trends, identifying opportunities, and mitigating threats.
- Enhanced Reporting: Elevate our management reporting suite, providing insights that empower decision-makers.
- People Leadership: Your role includes mentoring and managing staff, fostering growth and excellence.
