Experience Required:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance management with an understanding of Abbott internal systems and procedures. Demonstrated diplomacy and effectiveness when working in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities:
Direct and have full responsibility for preparing the financial Plans, rLBE’s within the Division with annual sales $79.5MM (FY24rLBE2). This requires extensive interface and coordination within the Abbott Nutrition Gulf functions (Logistics, Human resources, sales & Marketing etc.) The incumbent must provide appropriate advice and strategy to Senior Management to ensure timely, comprehensive, accurate, and insightful end product. This frequently requires creativity and originality.
Manage and oversee financial planning, analytical and reporting for the Abbott Nutrition Gulf affiliate. The incumbent must be proactive in originating, participating in and executing strategies, directed towards the enhancement of the business objectives of the Abbott Nutrition Gulf affiliate to achieve both current and long-range objectives. The incumbent is responsible for meeting the day-to-day financial needs. The incumbent must coordinate and ensure there is agreement and knowledge of financial conditions with domestic and international sales and marketing operations, customer support, production planning & supply functions.
Major Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities cover a vast array of areas including:
1. The development of strategic and annual Plan, Latest Business Estimate and Update
2. Analyzing monthly performance and make recommendations for improvement
3. Ensuring that all expenditures are appropriately booked and are in compliance with GAAP and Abbott policies
4. Coordinating with Commercial in providing them with support necessary to understand their analytics
5. Providing the business analytics to help drive initiatives that are critical to the ongoing growth of the company
6. Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect profitability, growth and productivity
7. Streamlining processes and identifying opportunities for savings across all areas of the business
8. Preparing key management reports, highlighting risks and opportunities and preparing contingency plans
9. Working closely with CFS / IFO
10. Assist Finance Controller on FP&A related work
11. Analysis Sales force targets and actuals for Sales incentive purpose
12. Provide detailed analysis by retailer / by rep to ensure we have correct Sales rep ranking method to analyze reps performance.
13. Perform other tasks as requested by the Finance Controller and General Manager
