TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • General knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS
  • General knowledge of office or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the Office 365 administration environment
  • Working knowledge of incident tracking tools
  • ITIL Certification
  • Microsoft certification or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Technical Diploma (120 ECTS Credits) in the field of computing or ICT
  • Experience : minimum 3 years
  • English : B2

Responsibilities:

As Senior General Computing Technician you will be responsible for:

  • Management of requests and incidents through a tracking tool
  • Take into account internal customer tickets and contribute to the resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Write technical notes in the knowledge base, under the direct supervisor’s control.
  • Complete documentation, in the “tracking” tool, of the work done before transfer to another support line if a solution cannot be found.
  • Provide technical assistance
