TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- General knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS
- General knowledge of office or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Office 365 administration environment

Responsibilities:
As Senior General Computing Technician you will be responsible for:
- Management of requests and incidents through a tracking tool
- Take into account internal customer tickets and contribute to the resolution of incidents and requests.
- Write technical notes in the knowledge base, under the direct supervisor’s control.
- Complete documentation, in the “tracking” tool, of the work done before transfer to another support line if a solution cannot be found.
- Provide technical assistance
