Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

This position is within the HSE Governance and Analytics team, tasked with designing and implementing HSE compliance and governance frameworks. It analyses HSE results and performance to drive continuous improvement. The role is dedicated to supporting Future Energy and Projects, understanding their requirements, conducting data analysis, and coordinating reporting to ensure deliverables meet standards.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing HSE assurance frameworks to enhance internal procedures, monitor compliance with regulations, and uphold corporate standards and community expectations. The incumbent ensures relevant HSE frameworks are established, monitors HSE performance for compliance, and manages incidents and non-compliances effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the research, design, development, and implementation of HSE management systems and assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with legal and other requirements.
  • Ensure fit-for-purpose HSE documentation, reporting systems and continual improvement of HSE management systems.
  • Ensure HSE / Corporate compliance assurance systems are being utilised by teams appropriately and records kept in conformance with ISO standards.
  • Support the transitions between commissioning and operations.
  • Maintain approvals documentation and ensure all registers and systems are kept current to maintain compliance.
