What you will do
The Sr. Leader Commercial Excellence is responsible for leading, shaping and tracking key commercial capabilities and programs to accelerate value creation and excellence in execution in Central Europe:

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth Management:

o Closely partner with Marketing and Sales to initiate, support and track Revenue Growth Management projects
o Identify in market pricing opportunities to unlock value growth

o Accelerate the productivity of our assortment

  • Retail Excellence & Business Intelligence:

o Lead our Perfect Store Agenda to deliver best-in-class instore presence & prominence

o Scout & implement technology for Retail Excellence, Sales Force effectiveness & Trade Promo Optimization

  • Category Management:

o Consult key customers as Category Advisor to drive category growth
o Support the development of category growth stories, trade stories and planograms
Qualifications
What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and/or Category Management with proven track record
  • Above-average (technical) university degree
  • Excellent stakeholder management with a strong ability to work collaboratively across departments, to motivate partners and to influence on all levels of the organization
  • Performance- & challenger mindset with the hunger to constantly improve execution
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize for impact
  • Passion for retail trends and technology
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Desired Qualifications

  • German is an advantage
  • GS1 certification is an advantage
