Description:

Our Delta Technologies is looking for a Modern Workplace Senior Engineer to help and support one of our clients.

The Modern Workplace Senior Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior in the technical management of the Office 365 platform:
  • Effectively intervenes at various support levels (1, 2, 3)
  • Structures technical approaches in various projects related to the platform
  • Contributes to technical discussions with field engineers
  • Participates in building the vision to guide and channel future developments; with the aim of achieving an effective corporate solution
  • Actively manages the Modern Workplace platform (Intune)
  • Collaborate with other engineers to maintain and evolve solutions in the Cloud (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) in a continuous improvement manner
  • Handle all administrative tasks in this environment (migration, deployment, rollout, etc.)
  • Ensure proper documentation of the information system (diagrams, technical operation files, procedures, processes, runbooks, etc.)
  • Contribute to identifying IT department risks and security issues related to this infrastructure
  • Ensure knowledge transfer for business continuity and within the support team
  • Ensure ticket follow-up with team and users

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in the same field
  • Strong understanding of cloud-oriented and on-premise technical architectures
  • Specific skills in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and others like Amazon or Google is appreciated
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and tools
  • Extensive practical skills in Intune and Autopilot
  • Concrete experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Concrete experience in administering Exchange/Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Experience with Azure monitoring tools
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell) and proficiency in Azure automation and modernization tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • General knowledge in virtualization and containerization (Kubernetes / AKS / Docker)

  • Professional communication and behavior in all interactions
  • Real team player with the ability to propose and convince
  • Able to work both autonomously and within a dynamic team
  • Organized and meticulous • Proactive, able to challenge the model drawn up

  • Proficient in written and spoken French, English as an assetFluent in French and English, any additional language is an asset
