THE OPPORTUNITY:
Sephora Australia is looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join on a 2 year fixed-term contract to drive the Australian store team’s management and specialist roles recruitment whilst also driving HQ recruitment and supporting brand partners on their local recruitment.
Through partnering with our regional and local TA team, you will play a lead role in delivering our local and regional projects that will deliver our TA strategy. Using key metrics to guide decisions you will constantly aim to evolve our TA practices to drive Sephora ANZ’s employer attraction to support our fast growing team.
