Service Delivery
Provide field service including installation, trouble shooting, etc, as per customer’s request.
Provide technical support to service channel such as trouble shooting, etc, as per assigned.
Provide technical training to customer during installation or as per training schedule.

Service Sales
Provide payable service to distributors and end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service , upgrade ,etc.
Conduct market research and survey to find out business opportunities.
Provide technical support to service channel such as trouble shooting and training
Qualify service partners; monitor service quality; drive continuous improvement.

Internal Support
Provide service support to sales and marketing team such as congress support, etc, as per demand.
Provide feedback as per requests from other teams including spare parts need, quality issues follow-up, product application, etc.
Collect competitor’s information.

Service Channel
Develop service channels according to the company’s strategy and requirement.
Collect information from local service market as per reques
