    Muse Cannabis is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our West End location. In this role, you will contribute to all aspects of the stores’ operations. The ideal candidate has an interest in Cannabis and a passion for service and relationship building. A Shift Supervisor possesses strong communication and problem solving skills, thrives in a team environment and is dedicated to learning and educating others on their cannabis journey. We build our team with positive-minded people, each bringing their own skills and talents to a collaborative work culture in order to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our guests.

Work requirements:

  • A valid Selling it right.
  • Basic Cannabis product knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in the legal Cannabis industry is an asset
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations during your shift in addition to performing the regular duties of a Wayfarer.
  • Execute all daily tasks (cash handling, stocking, receiving orders) and merchandising needs
  • Build authentic relationships with guests to identify their purpose for using cannabis, guide them in selecting the product that is right for them, and educate them on responsible cannabis use.
  • Support the leadership team and assist with coordinating shift activities, coaching, and fostering positive relationships among the team.
  • Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations such as asking for ID when appropriate
  • Ensure health & safety and cleaning standards are being upheld at all times
  • Mediating in situations where a customer has a request or complaint.

Compensation
$21.50 - $23.50 per hou
