TEN Recruitment is looking for a Site Manager to join a national commercial contract to manage the delivery of Defence Construction projects in Perth. This position would see you managing the day to day operation on site and working closely with the defence force.
Responsibilities:
- Management of day-to-day operations, onsite trades and team members.
- Compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Liaise with defence personnel daily
- Management of finances and procurement.
- Be accountable for project quality and delivery.
- Liaise with and be the first point of contact for clients.
- Manage sub-contractors and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships.
- Ensure a smooth and timely finish to the project.
- Conflict resolution as required.
