WHO YOU ARE

• Strong IT – IP Network services background and experience in managing and developing a Network function, preferably with university degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications.
• In-depth knowledge of IT, DC network technology and process standards, well developed technical knowledge across a broad range of IT topics
• IT operations background and experience in managing complex technology infrastructure act as a senior escalation manager
• Business knowledge of cloud technology, virtualization technology and operating systems technologies, automation and Build
• Proven track record of business process re-engineering, planning, change management, restructuring and consolidation
• Proven experience/track record and knowhow in large scale IT –IP Network infrastructure setups, related processes, and solutions development
• Excellent client interfacing skills, vendor/third-party resources, strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management.
• Well-developed coordination and leadership skills, experience in managing technical department’s ability to accomplish goals
• Customer centric and solutions-oriented attitude

As the Senior Manager for VCI Network Solutions Planning & Deployment you will be accountable for demand analysis, project planning, design, delivery management and implementation of connectivity requirements of Vodafone Digital & IT across European markets.
You will lead the network solution consulting activities, develop network connectivity designs, establish network deployment plan, manage network delivery and programs coordinating all technical specifications. You will manage communications and updates, escalations, track and manage synergies and dependencies supporting network implementation deliverables. You will verify key network solution capabilities and aspects such security, reliability, high availability, load balancing and redundancy as part of planning and deployment activities.
You will be accountable to manage the “end or end” successful technical or solution delivery of assigned tasks partnering with Network engineering-product teams, program/project manager or directly with the requestor.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Teams Leadership

• Provide strategic input and contribute into the development of Network Strategy.
• Develop Network Evolution Strategic plan and transformation programs.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, motivate and coach team members to enhance their own performance and skills.

NW Solutions Consulting

• Provide Consultancy & Advisory services
• Develop Feasibility studies, requirements forecasts,
• Deliver E2E Solutions proposals based on standard NW products
• Perform Complex customer changes review

Connectivity Design

• Lead requirements analysis for connectivity design
• Perform Connectivity design development based on reference design
• Provide Design validation and support till implementation
• Drive Customer connectivity optimization

NW Deployment

• Perform Infra deployment based on customer requirements
• Deliver Infra capacity expansions
• Develop Customer VROMs & Business cases

E2E NW Delivery & Programs

• Provide LM/GFs SPOCs, & Assure Demands prioritization
• Provide Delivery management & fulfilment
• Lead Programs mgmt.
• Manage Customer Service process, act as single owner, assure SLAs, lead feedback loops
