We are looking for a well-rounded Software Developer to join our development team to deliver a high-quality product that allows our company to increase efficiencies. You’ll be working alongside other engineers to create new applications/products, update existing applications, and maintain a system unique to OneStaff! OneStaff Medical connects healthcare facilities with talented medical staff throughout the country, and you’ll be part of the pivotal point connecting talent with our dedicated recruiting staff via our website and system. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and truly rise to the challenges that come with a custom system while maintaining high integrity and standards in their coding and technical design.
Full-time position Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. CST Must: live in or near Omaha, NE USA. Local Applicants only. This position requires a minimum of two (2) days, per week, in our Omaha HQ. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven work experience as a Software Engineer/Developer
- Full Stack Development experience preferred
- Experience designing interactive applications
- Experience of C# and .NET
- Knowledge of Android / iOS / Windows Platforms
- Understanding of Design Systems / Pattern Libraries
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator
- Knowledge of Figma / XD / Sketch / UXPin
- Experience using Slack / Teams
- Experience with version control and repositories
- Experience with Postman and/or Swagger
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL Server
- Experience with test-driven development
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, SOAP, RPC)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Participate in Agile ways with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create better software design and architecture.
- Taking the Figma Design Prototype that was created by the UX/UI Designer and translating into code to match the layout, functionally and design.
- Building out each functional component that is used throughout the design of the prototype.
- Using style code (CSS / SASS / Chakra / Styled Components) you’ll be able to change the components on the page to match the style design of the prototype as close as possible.
- Identifying, Communicating and Collaborating with other developers and build a better user experience by enhancing efficiency and performance across the department.
- Write clean, scalable C# code using .NET Core.
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
