The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Memantau operasional harian dari Sortation Center (SOC) melalui pengawasan proses inbound, sortation, bagging, reprocessing, dan outbound
• Memastikan semua fungsi di Sortation Center berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan SOP
• Melakukan perencanaan manpower sesuai dengan fluktuasi volume harian
• Memantau produktivitas tim, kapasitas, dan peralatan yang digunakan di Sortation Center
• Melakukan briefing dengan tim mengenai laporan dan implementasi 5S

REQUIREMENTS:

• Kandidat setidaknya mempunyai ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma, atau Gelar Sarjana di bidang apapun
• Memiliki pengalaman 3-5 tahun di bidang Logistik (minimal 3 tahun sebagai Kepala Gudang/Supervisor)
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik
• Bersedia bekerja dalam shift
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Bogor, Jawa Barat
