The Westin Brisbane, located at 111 Mary Street, Brisbane City is hiring a Spa Manager. Heavenly Spa by Westin - Uplifting. Serenity. Sensory Experience.
Throughout the spa experience, we try to touch people across seven senses: the five physical senses of sight, sound, touch, taste and scent, as well as the psychological senses of emotion and meaning. The spa is a place to recover and rejuvenate and come out feeling renewed. We want our guests to leave the spa, not only feeling physically better, but with a fresh outlook on life, with new insights, and a sense of clarity about where they are going, what they wish to accomplish, and what they value.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the daily operations of Heavenly Spa by Westin as our Spa Manager. You will be a forward thinker who drives results, promoting and activating Heavenly Spa through innovative ideas and concepts whilst striving to ensure guest and associate satisfaction. You will be a strong Spa Leader with the ability to share your knowledge with our associates to ensure they are empowered to deliver the unique Heavenly Spa experience.

Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Experience managing a day spa in a luxury environment
  • Proven track record in achieving profit performance
  • Assists with achieving the operating budget through driving revenue and managing costs
  • Ensure the delivery of all Heavenly Spa services in alignment with brand standards
  • Coordinate spa reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas
  • Focuses on ensuring guest and associate satisfaction
  • Work with the marketing team to create brand awareness with the market
  • Ability to motivate, energise, inspire and empower your team to develop and provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Be the creator of enhancing our offerings/treatments
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal with guests and team
  • A pleasant, endearing and engaging personality
  • Strong commitment to quality
  • Exemplary work ethic and reliability
  • Flexibility to work across 7 days.
