Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and advice to co-workers in handling day-to-day customer service, operations and documentation activities.
  • Assist Team Leads to review and follow SOP & operational processes
  • Responsible for cargo consolidation planning, space projection with carriers
  • Prepare relevant reports and measurements relating to operations processes
  • Assist in new IT system functions testing, and provide users feedback
  • Coordinate with customers, warehouse & internal stations for all operational issues ensuring smooth cargo movement
  • Distribute pre-alert and required documents to appropriate parties in timely manner.
  • Prepare shipping documents as required
  • Other duties as assigned to the position
