SR. MGR - DIGITALIZN & AUTOMATN

1.Execute and oversee the comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for Operations, prioritizing key initiatives, allocating resources, identifying risks, and defining success metrics, with a strong emphasis on Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance operational efficiency, reduce cost, improve quality, and increase customer satisfaction.
2.Lead and collaborate with IT and Operations teams to implement and ensure technology solutions align with strategic goals and business requirements, driving process improvements and waste elimination across all operational areas.
3.Oversee the planning, execution, and adoption of new technologies, managing implementation projects to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity, while leveraging Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to optimize processes and enhance quality.
4.Enhance data governance and analytics initiatives by establishing robust data management practices, compile data sources, and promoting data-driven decision-making processes, while applying Lean Six Sigma principles to identify and address data-related inefficiencies.
5.Support by submitting Business Requirement Document to IT and oversee continuous innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning within the organization to drive ongoing process improvements and operational excellence.
6.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing transparent updates on digital transformation progress and initiatives to drive consensus, alignment, and engagement.
7.Assess manual processes across various operational areas to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation to develop actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement initiatives
Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions on manufacturing lines and manual processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes while optimizing efficiency and productivity.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Lean six sigma and/or PMP, desirable

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

Minimum 8 years* experience leading large-scale operational activities in a logistics, catering and or airside environment.
Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives within complex operational environments.
Experience leading a number of operations efficiency initiatives and service improvements.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver results on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, driving consensus, alignment, and engagement.
