POSITION INFORMATION

Dr. Santhakumar’s Lab is looking for a candidate who will perform a limited variety of non-standard laboratory experimental and analytical procedures requiring ingenuity, specialized knowledge, and adaptability to research needs in neural signal processing. The candidate should be able to modify and adapt existing experimental and analytical procedures to meet the needs of research projects or improve unsatisfactory analytical tools. After studying available literature, analyze and alter conditions analysis procedures. This is a temporary position, dependent on the completion of the project, and on limited funds with an end date of 06/30/2024.
The full salary range for the SRA 3 is $64,496.38 - $103,718.76 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $64,496.38 -$72,647.84 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
