EDUCATION
- Bachelor or advanced degree in business, marketing or material or life sciences.
EXPERIENCE
- Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in service environment.
- Thorough understanding and experience in working with external service providers.
- Process owner or leader of the team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Oriented on customer.
- Able to communicate well in English with customers, partners and colleagues at all levels.
- Leadership skills, team orientation and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate effective support of customers in the region.
- Manage a successful, motivated team of service providers in assigned area of responsibility.
- Drive operational and business performance indicators.
- Establish effective management of critical situation.
- Achieve high level of Customer Allegiance.
- Support regional P&L initiatives, in line with plan/budgetary requirements.
- Partner with commercial teams to deliver customer deals that can be implemented profitably and meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Drive high quality and continuous improvement using our Practical Process Improvement Business System.
