Requirements profile, functional

• English (min. C1)
• German desirable (B2 desirable)
• Qualification as internal/external auditor
• Good MS Office and SAP skills

Specialist area tasks

Management of new suppliers (QM-related)

• Team member in the selection committee for new suppliers
• Assessment and categorization of supplier self-declaration
• Auditing of new suppliers, including follow-up of the audit process
• Updating of the “list of approved suppliers”

Management of existing suppliers (QM-related)

• Assessment of suppliers for the factor “quality”
• Auditing of existing suppliers, including follow-up of the audit process

Planing of incoming inspections

• Creation of reference samples (for goods-in and suppliers)
• Definition of incoming inspection plans
• Creation of general material specifications (in collaboration with R&D)

As part of procurement and defect notifications

• Processing of defect notifications/nonconformities on faulty purchased parts
• Requesting and assessing correction and remedial action

General tasks

• Strict compliance with quality, health and safety, and environmental regulations and implementation of instructions from quality/environmental management officers and the occupational safety specialist
