Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Head of Transmission & Services, this role has 4 direct and 20 indirect reports. This pivotal role involves leading a dynamic team tasked with a diverse range of administrative support services for our Safety, Delivery and Operations group. To enhance operational efficiency and achieve exceptional outcomes in safety, quality, and commercial viability. This role entails strategic planning to elevate support services, introducing innovative solutions, and refining processes for optimal performance. It’s about driving continuous improvement, nurturing team capabilities, and cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation. Moreover, it involves fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing impactful projects that propel us toward sustained success.
