Responsibilities:
THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Employing proactive and reactive methodologies for sourcing high-caliber candidates.
- Assisting with the recruitment processes, encompassing job creation, advertising, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with precision and efficiency.
- Conducting meticulous pre-employment checks.
- Collaborating on and contributing to special projects in conjunction with the management team.
- Maintaining and building relationships with top-tier candidates.
- Actively participating in networking events representing to foster and expand professional connections.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a Recruitment environment. The role involves diverse tasks such as candidate sourcing, interviewing, client liaison, marketing, and project collaboration. So, we’re seeking someone who can juggle multiple tasks, work well in a team orientated environment with structured KPIs and targets, and is a natural when it comes to using MS Suite.
You will have a nurturing and caring approach and a willingness to learn and develop within the role, always looking to grow. You will have the ability to build authentic relationships and think outside the box along with offering a unique and exceptional experience to clients and candidates, being a true ambassador for MJD!
