WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Our ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar industry or has proven experience in leading a team to achieve their best work. We need someone who isn’t fazed by unexpected challenges, but rather thrives in such situations, making well-informed decisions that instill confidence in their team. Other qualities we seek include:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must, enabling you to effectively communicate with individuals internally, externally, and from diverse backgrounds
• You’ll be well organised and be able to use your planning skills to coordinate and manage workloads and staff rosters
• Strong computer and administrative skills are essential for the role, as you’ll be heavily involved in various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training, timesheet management, and annual leave approval
• A positive attitude towards working safely and a desire to uphold the company health and safety policies
• A current class 1 driver’s licence with the ability to drive a manual
• Above all, be prepared to help with the team on the ground!
