Responsibilities:
The incumbent of this position will work mainly on the road, under the responsibility of the Technical Field Services Manager, and will be responsible for responding to customers who are experiencing difficulties with their point-of-sale system. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent workload management skills and a strong desire to provide high quality service.
- Answer telephone service calls when in the office
- Repair equipment such as billing printers, touch screens and computers
- Resolve existing customer problems concerning equipment sold
- Install and configure products at the customer’s premises, remotely or on site, and draw up the required documentation
- Train customers on our point-of-sale software
