We’re looking for a Senior Technology Manager to join our Expansion team to ensure the quality of our technology services as required by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE).

What you’ll be doing

  • Defining and implementing a technology strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance under the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE)
  • Overseeing and managing the quality of technology controls and technology risk assessments
  • Facilitating Information Security Risk Management processes
  • Identifying potential gaps in policies or processes by thoroughly investigating evidence supporting risk and controls management, service quality, and compliance
  • Defining technical requirements for technology partnerships, including KYC, payment railways, and Bank APIs
  • Defining, executing, and being accountable for data localization as per requirements from the CBUAE
  • Preparing data and other materials for reporting to authorities, committees, and management
  • Becoming the regulatory intermediary for Revolut technology in the UAE

What you’ll need

  • 8+ years of technology experience in fintech, financial services, banking, and/or payments
  • Fundamental knowledge of information security and technology governance, risk management, and compliance management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of the CBUAE guidelines on information security and cyber security
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to have

  • Relevant information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA)
  • Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence/management information
