As a Technology Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in spearheading a transformative technology strategy that transcends mere linear improvements. This role is not just about leveraging AI but encompasses a broader technology spectrum, focusing on creating a groundbreaking vision and executing a comprehensive plan that reshapes how we approach technology. Your responsibility will extend to reinforcing strategies with rigorous analysis, mapping out financial implications, and establishing a dynamic framework for continual evaluation and refinement based on tangible results. This role is pivotal in steering our organization through a significant transformation, reshaping our technological landscape to achieve unprecedented levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, with at least 5+ years in a strategic planning or technology leadership position.
- Proven track record of leading significant technology initiatives and transformations in a large organization.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive technology strategies that encompass AI and other emerging technologies.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, especially AI, and their practical applications in improving business processes and customer experience.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and systems integration.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and principles.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging and influencing various levels of the organization.
Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 - $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 - $292,200 per year.

- Communicate strategy and progress effectively to leadership and stakeholders, securing support and facilitating cross-functional alignment.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the technology strategy, making data-driven adjustments to continuously improve outcomes.
