POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
With an exceptional background in financial, operational, and administrative leadership, the candidate will have extensive experience leading in a complex public sector environment. They will ideally possess a chartered professional accounting designation (CPA) with a master’s degree. With a history of collaboration and achieving measurable results, they will possess the ability to link strategic planning to operational and business objectives while building and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners. The successful candidate is a transformational leader and mentor who exhibits effective political acumen and strong communication skills with the ability to engage, innovate, lead change, and inspire.
