Your opportunity
As the Visitor Services Officer, you will promote experiences and showcase services within the Redlands IndigiScapes Environment and Education Team to the community and visitors, and enhance the visitor experience through your local knowledge and interpretation which is comprehensive, professional and unbiased. The role is the first and continuous point of call for all guests and represents Redlands City Council in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW WHO:

Has ability to maintain a high standard of personal presentation and ensure public foyers and spaces are maintained at the highest standards.
Is well experienced in cash handling to a high level of accuracy including the use of Point of Sale systems, booking systems and website and digital media platforms.
Can deliver friendly and effective customer service, that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests at IndigiScapes.
