Responsibilities:

ROLE OUTLINE:

The role of the Client & Marketplace Manager is to be a key point of contact for our clients and to support the development of strong communication recommendations across all channels, paid, owned and earned. Client & Marketplace Manager is responsible for delivering the highest excellence in Implementation Planning and Buying, ensuring client campaigns are planned and executed in an effective, efficient and future facing way. The scope of Marketplace incorporates Video (TV, BVOD, SVOD, Short-Form IO Online Video and Cinema), Out of Home (Direct and Programmatic), Audio (Radio, Podcasting and Music Streaming) and Display (Newspapers, Magazines, and Digital IO Display).
In addition, the Client & Marketplace Manager is responsible for supporting a successful client relationship. You are responsible for leading your team, and bringing together the right people, to deliver the highest quality of outputs for your client, end to end, ensuring deliverables are grounded in client priorities.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highly collaborative

  • Strong, up to date, media landscape knowledge (confidently able to articulate macro audience trends and the challenges and opportunities they bring).
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong media buying experience
  • Great communicator with clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the patience to examine detail and create solutions.
  • Results Driven. Passionate about delivering business results for clients, with the ability to identify and clearly articulate what’s working and why.
