QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Microsoft System Administration;
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange;
• In depth-experience with Hyper-V/VMware;
• Hands-on in System Center is a plus;
• Familiarity with Azure (desirable);
• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
• Excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude.

• Manage and maintain Microsoft server environments, including Active Directory and Exchange;
• Oversee virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware, ensuring optimal performance and reliability;
• Implement and manage System Center solutions for efficient system monitoring, deployment, and automation;
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess, plan, and execute IT projects and initiatives;
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution;
• Monitor system performance, security, and capacity, implementing necessary adjustments and upgrades;
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Microsoft system administration.
