Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant
In today’s world companies are challenged by rapidly changing business environments and relationships with customers and with their own employees. Digital and social innovations of recent years created an environment where solid and accessible IT solutions are essential for successful sales, customer communication, production, workforce management and other core enterprise processes. Tietoevry is providing “as a Service” Solutions for these core enterprise processes.
We are growing fast and now looking for a driven and customer focused Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our Finance & Planning team in HCM & CloudBorn, Tietoevry Tech Services. We hope for this particular position that candidate has Finnish language skills in addition to English.
In our team, you will participate in the full implementation lifecycle, gathering business requirements, designing, developing, testing, deploying, training and handling documentation. You can also have an important role in pre-sales, creating solutions in bids for our customers and opportunity to proactively come up with new ideas to extend our business and to better serve our customers.

As Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant, your role can include, depending on your experience level:

• Providing advice on best practices and approaches for our clients and to the team
• Comprehending client requirements and provide the business solutions
• Proactively helping customers to develop the solution
• Supporting in presales and bid creation

• IT or Financial background with knowledge of processes
• Good analytical and creative thinking
• Work experience in Planning and/or Finance area
• In addition to English, you are fluent in Finnish, other languages are plus.
