WORKFORCE DATA ANALYST POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Full-time 6-month Contract, | Located at Central Office (Brisbane,QLD)*
    Through the Purpose, Vision and Values of DVConnect, the position of a Workforce Data Analyst is responsible for collecting data, generating reports and dashboards related to work volume that supports forecasting future staffing requirements, succession planning, identifying and understanding gap analyses between actual and predicted workforce requirements, collect and interpret data to identify patterns and trends. You will also collaborate with the Workforce Planning & Data Analytics Lead to locate and define new process improvement opportunities to strategically further business development and expansion opportunities. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in upcoming data analytical projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications in Data Analytics, Business Management or similar is desirable, however those with extensive field experience are encouraged to apply.
  • 3 -5 years’ demonstrated experience data analysis and reporting in a multi-disciplinary organisation.
  • Extensive experience with workforce planning software’s (Calabrio, Genisis etc.)
  • Advanced IT skills across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • High-level of attention to detail and commitment to exceptional workforce support and data analysis.
  • Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Willingness to be flexible with work hours when appropriate to meet operational requirements.
