We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience supporting sales and customer success functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands client priorities, and excels at keeping operations, communications, and follow-ups running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and service-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs, support revenue-generating teams, and enhance the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales and customer success teams Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and internal documentation Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (CRM, spreadsheets, client logs) Sales & Customer Success Support Assist with sales pipeline tracking, proposals, contracts, and renewals Coordinate client onboarding materials and documentation Support client communications, follow-ups, and service requests Track customer interactions, action items, and deadlines Help ensure timely responses to client inquiries and issues Client & Communication Coordination Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with clients Draft and review professional emails, summaries, and client communications Support customer satisfaction initiatives and retention efforts Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer success role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred) High attention to detail and follow-through Preferred Skills & Attributes Customer-centric mindset with a service-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency Comfortable working with sales metrics, pipelines, and reports Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) “Patrono con igualdad de oportunidades en el Empleo.
