Name of the position: RPA Engineer Location: Coimbatore No. of resources needed : 02 Mode: Fulltime Years of experience: 4+ Years Overview : We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Developer with strong expertise in developing and maintaining business process automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including web automation, and a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations. Experience or knowledge of UiPath is a strong plus. You will be responsible for maintaining existing automation solutions and developing new ones to improve business efficiency and productivity across departments. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance Power Automate workflows, including cloud flows, desktop flows (RPA), and web automation processes. Support and troubleshoot existing Power Automate solutions, ensuring smooth and error-free execution. Design and implement new automation solutions by analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable flows. Build integrations with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive) and third-party web applications/APIs. Leverage desktop flows (Power Automate for desktop) for UI-based automation tasks. Use expressions, conditions, loops, and variables to create logic-based flows. Monitor flow performance, debug issues, and optimize processes for performance and reliability. Create and maintain technical documentation for all automation workflows. Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, IT, and operations teams. Follow governance, compliance, and security best practices in all automation projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop Flows). Hands-on experience with Web Automation using Power Automate (e.g., form submissions, data scraping, browser actions). Strong understanding of Power Automate connectors, triggers, expressions, and control logic. Experience integrating Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services. Proficient in using REST APIs, JSON, HTTP connectors, and dynamic content in flows. Familiar with Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online. Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize complex workflows. Strong communication and documentation skills.
