Name of the position: Salesforce UI Developer Location: Coimbatore/ Chennai/ Bengaluru No. of resources needed : 01 Mode: Contract (3 Months possible extension) Years of experience: 4+ Years Shift : UK Shift Overview : We are looking for a Salesforce UI Developer with strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning Experience to design and build modern, responsive user interfaces inside Salesforce. The ideal candidate has a solid frontend background (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) plus hands-on Salesforce platform experience. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura components to build a rich, intuitive UI inside Salesforce. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Backend/Integration teams to translate business requirements into clean UI flows. Implement responsive, user-friendly layouts that work across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Integrate UI components with Apex controllers, Salesforce data objects, and REST APIs. Optimize UI performance (load time, rendering, state handling). Follow Salesforce best practices for security, governor limits, and deployment. Collaborate with UX/Design to ensure consistent branding, look and feel. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and UAT support. Prepare technical documentation for components, flows, and configurations. Support production issues related to UI and provide fixes/optimizations. Required Skills & Experience 3–6+ years of front-end development experience. 2+ yearsof hands-on Salesforce Lightning experience: Strong in Lightning Web Components (LWC). Familiarity with Aura Components (nice to have but preferably both). Solid foundation in: JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5, CSS3 / Flexbox / Grid Modern JS concepts (ES6+, modules, promises, async patterns). Experience working with: Salesforce data model (Objects, Fields, Relationships). Apex controllers, SOQL basics. Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) – at least at consumption level from UI. Experience building component-based UIs with state management and events (pub/sub, parent-child comms). Strong understanding of UI/UX principles: usability, accessibility, intuitive workflows. Experience in Salesforce development lifecycle: Sandboxes, Change Sets, or DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, etc. — optional but good). Good communication skills: able to work with business stakeholders and explain UI behavior clearly. Nice-to-Have Skills Salesforce Platform Developer I or JavaScript Developer I certification. Experience with Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD or collaborating with UX designers. Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Screen Flows, Flexipages, and App Builder. Familiarity with integration patterns (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) — not mandatory but helpful. Experience in healthcare / med-tech / regulated industries (if you want to bias toward your Augusta domain). Agile/Scrum experience (Jira/Azure DevOps).
