Job Description Ensures functionality of the maintenance process for production equipment Ensures technical availability of production equipment Makes improvement suggestions for the maintenance process and production equipment/facility equipment Monitors correctness and adherence to the maintenance plan of the equipment or tools and takes necessary actions Supports LEONI Total Productive maintenance implementation (e.g. conducts preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment) Supports the creation of the spare part list required for planned maintenance of production equipment/facility equipment and the optimization of stock of spare parts which must be available for maintenance Evaluates repair reports and makes recommendation for necessary actions in order to reduce the unplanned maintenance activities Monitors the performance of maintenance activities on the production equipment/facility equipment/tools and takes necessary actions Ensures installation and movement of equipment and re-qualification of equipment and tools Ensures maintenance for utilities, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting etc. internal or by external suppliers, according to requirements (standards) Ensures maintenance of firefighting and fire prevention equipment - Ensures maintenance of security camera systems Ensures the functionality of machine and system software and debugging from the respective area (in close relation with IT department if applicable) Works closely with production in order to reduce production equipment/facility equipment/tools downtime and spare parts costs Qualifications Level of Education : University Degree Branch of study : Electrical - Mechanical - Mechatronics or similar Experience : 2 years in the automotive industry are appreciated IT: Microsoft Office Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result-orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork Professional competences: Equipment Maintenance /Preventative and Predictive Maintenance /Equipment Repair /Machine Operations /Machine Tools/Maintenance of electrical control panels and/or preparation Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
