Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.
Option to Extend:01 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.
Working Hour:
Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunchbreak
Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
Provide administrative support.
Administrative duties will generally include
a) Front Desk Customer Service e.g. handle incoming phone enquiries,
attend to courier services, vendors, parents and students
b) Handle all incoming and outgoing mails
c) Data entry (Finance and non-finance related)
d) Collation of data and statistics e.g. from surveys
e) Photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing of documents.
f) Distribute resources to teachers/classrooms as per required
g) Provide manpower support during ad-hoc school activities
h) Any other duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager,
Admin Executives and Heads of Department
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ’O’ Level Certificate or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and
Powerpoint.
Good command of English
Must have at least 3 years of experience as receptionist
Having prior general administration experience working in a school
environment would be an advantage
