Description

Responsibilities •Conduct research and feasibility studies for new cleaning equipment technologies, materials, and components, focusing on commercial scrubbers and vacuum cleaners. •Design, develop, and prototype mechanical, electrical, and software systems for new cleaning products, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, industrial design, manufacturing, and testing, to define product specifications and technical requirements. •Perform detailed engineering analysis, simulations, and calculations to validate designs and predict product behavior. •Develop and execute test plans for prototypes and pre-production units, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards. •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development cycle and provide support for existing products. •Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, engineering drawings, test reports, and manufacturing instructions. •Stay updated with the latest advancements in cleaning technology, materials science, and relevant engineering fields to drive continuous innovation. •Participate in intellectual property activities, including patent applications and technical disclosures. •Ensure all designs and development activities comply with relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations (e.g., UL, CE, ISO).
