TITLE: Civil Technician B POSITION OBJECTIVE: Safely perform carpentry, plumbing, concrete, law care, auditing of safety and meetings, data entry assistance. QUALIFICATIONS: GED / High School Diploma preferred JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain safe work environment Customer oriented, following requests and reporting promptly to emergencies. Minimizing costs with safety and quality the focus. Supporting company goals and policies. Determining causes of operability problems and deciding what to do about it. (trouble shooting) Active learning – understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decision making. Attention to detail Dependability – job requires being reliable, responsible (fulfilling obligations) Initiative – requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. Cooperation – requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a cooperative attitude. Participate in 5S (including audits, maintaining of 5S) Ability to write and train SOP Active participant of TPM Judgement Decision Making – Able to determine through cost, benefits, actions the correct decisions and directions. Time Management – Appropriately managing his/her own time and the time of others. Coordination – Ability to adjust to “unforeseen” problems. Production and Process – knowledge of materials cost, inventory control WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: Inside and outside environments apply. Manufacturing environment.
