• September 1, 2025- January 25, 2026 with the plan to extend through at least March. One assignment as a special ed teacher for most of the first semester and then a gen ed 1st grade teacher for Dec-March, both at Parkdale Elementary.
• Knowledge of age-appropriate, effective teaching methodologies
• Awareness of developmental characteristics of students of various ages and abilities
• Ability to work well in a high-paced work environment comprised of children & adults
• Positive, flexible, solution-focused team-player
• Ability to pass background and reference check
• Appropriate NYSED Certification
