NT&AS is an innovative and ethos led organisation committed to promoting education and social inclusion. NT&AS provides 1:1 support for children and young people who face challenges in accessing education.
We need Primary and Secondary Teachers with QTS to support children who cannot access education via mainstream schools in the Bedfordshire region. Teaching mainly focuses around Maths and English, however we do also have a need for specialist teachers. You will be fully supported and become part of a valued team.
Knowledge and experience working with children who have SEN’s is valuable with the young people we work with.
You will have:
- High aspirations for children and young people with ideally 3 years qualified teaching experience.
- A commitment to person focused education.
- Excellent communication skills to work with families, schools and other professionals.
- A caring and nurturing approaching to working with young people.
