1:1 SEN SUPPORT – KS2 | EAST GRINSTEAD

Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
Pay: £89 per day
Start: September start
A two-form entry primary school in East Grinstead is seeking a compassionate and committed TA to support a Year 4 pupil with an EHCP. The pupil has mild autism and some sensory processing challenges but is bright, funny, and responds well to consistency and a calm approach.
The school is inclusive and well-resourced, with a dedicated SENCo and strong staff training culture. You’ll be guided by the SEN team and class teacher, with clear targets and a structured support plan in place.

They’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in a 1:1 or SEN support role (ideally with KS2)
• A nurturing, clear communication style
• DBS on the update service and safeguarding training
