Job Description - Respects the standard minimum tasks for country communication as defined in departmental concept - Improves awareness and image of the company in the respective country - Represents locally the company to the local press and general public in coordination with Country Head and divisional communications - Plans and implements local leadership and employee communication activities in coperation with country management and various departments - Realizes two-way exchange of content between country/location level and division/group level (bottom-up and top-down) a) Ensures local playout of corporate content at country level b) suggests local content for usage on Corporate level - Proposes and utilizes best practices between country communicators on global level Qualifications Level of Education : University degree Branch Of Study : Management , Marketing or equivalent Experience : 3 years in a similair position Language : English is mandatory Social competences : Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & resultorientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
