Job Description - Performs spot check according to valid work instruction - Controls scrap quantity according to valid instruction - Indentifies potential for reducing scrap in Segment /Cutting & WPA area and records it in PDCA - Follows up the PDCA - Organizes regular meetings for scrap analysis and reduction - Performs duties in accordance with skill matrix - Performs required "Ok to Start" procedure at start of shift Qualifications Level of education: University degree Work experience: 1 year of experience is appreciated IT : Microsoft Office Language : French & English Basic Skills: Communication, Social & intercultural sensitivity, Change management, Target & result orientation, Motivation & resilience, Self-organization, Conflict management, Teamwork Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
